You may need to
change your Region and Language Option in Windows. By default,
the U.K. and many other international versions of Windows
display dates as day/month/year instead of month/day/year
commonly used in the U.S.
To set up your calendar correctly for your country, in Windows
1. Control Panel
2. Region and Language Options
3. Regional Options tab
4. Select English (U.S.)
Of course, you will probably want to change the setting
back once you exit the program so your other applications
continue to function as they would normally.
