Technical Specifications for the TA-DA!™ CD

 

Everything about TA-DA!™ was designed for ease of operation to help speed you on your way to completing your thesis or dissertation.

No thick manuals. No pages and pages of instructions.

The TA-DA!™ CD is an easy to use plug-in and play software product.  It is designed to reduce the complexity and frustration of completing your project and allow you to feel TA-DA! is finally here to help me!

The online version of TA-DA!™ runs on any Windows PC with the Authorware Web Player.

Users will need PC computers that meet or exceed these minimum specifications:

  PC:MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
• 32-bit Windows operating system
(includes 98/ME/NT/XP/2000)
(Sorry, This CD does not work with VISTA)
• Pentium 266MHz CPU
• 16-bit sound card, driver and speakers (recommended)
• 800x600 display resolution
• 64,000 (16-bit) color display setting
• 64MB RAM
• Internet Explorer 4 or Netscape 4 or above
• 4X CD-ROM drive
• Keyboard
• Mouse
• Printer (recommended)
• Access to Internet (recommended)
• Adobe Acrobat Reader
• If you live outside the U.S. and have a different date setting in your country:
 

You may need to change your Region and Language Option in Windows. By default, the U.K. and many other international versions of Windows display dates as day/month/year instead of month/day/year commonly used in the U.S.

To set up your calendar correctly for your country, in Windows go into:
1. Control Panel
2. Region and Language Options
3. Regional Options tab
4. Select English (U.S.)

Of course, you will probably want to change the setting back once you exit the program so your other applications continue to function as they would normally.
